| Beinahe zehn Kahre nach ihrer Gründung blicken (hed) Planet Earth auf eine beachtliche Karriere und mittlerweile 2 Alben zurück. Ihr neuestes Werk hört auf den Namen "Blackout" und liefert in bester (hed)p.e. Manier eine interessante Abwechslung zwischen stimmungsvollen Crossoverperlen aber auch Stücken der härteren Gangart. Die erste Single "Blackout" braucht etwas länger, um zu überzeugen, da Sie recht seicht angeht, aber nach einem Moment des Reinhörens, findet man auf (hed)p.e.´s "Blackout" den einen oder anderen Ohrwurm (was eigentlich auch bezeichnend für die vorrangegangenen Longplayer ist.)

South Of Heaven Open Air focuses on a rock-solid program (internationally celebrated metal veterans as headliners, plus new talent), an old-school great metal atmosphere (intimate and authentic; metal fans among themselves), a conveniently accessible and atmospheric top location, Burgundian enjoyment (delicious food and drink), and a relatively low ticket price (€125 for an Early Bird combo ticket).
Despite the crowded Dutch event calendar, South Of Heaven Open Air is a welcome addition because this festival primarily focuses on music, an excellent atmosphere, and haute cuisine food & drink, instead of pretentious sidelines like science, politics, literature, interactive art, and abstract theater.
